2023-2024 Registration Forms: Preschool application Enrollment Forms

All children, , ages 18 months to 6 years old, are welcome regardless of sex, race, nationality or religion. The preschool is licensed by t he State of California, which requires the following forms to be on file before assuming responsibility of caring for each child.  These forms can be found in the link above Enrollment Forms:
